Company Identity: These terms apply to products sold under the brand Zayt, formerly known as Zayt Al Shaer.
Mission: We provide hair care products that unite tradition and science, purity and luxury, and authenticity and innovation.
Product Definition: Our core product, Elixir by Zayt, is a multi-functional hair oil designed to nourish, strengthen, and restore vitality to hair.
2. Product Information and Usage
Intended Use: The product is designed to support stronger growth, smoother texture, and long-lasting shine.
Eligibility: The product is formulated for women, men, and children over two years old.
Suitability: It is suitable for all hair types, including fine, straight, thick, curly, coily, dry, damaged, or thinning hair .
Frequency of Use: For best results, consistent use of 2–3 times weekly is recommended.
3. Health, Safety, and Ingredients
Ingredient Transparency: Our formulations are free from mineral oils, silicones, parabens, sulphates, and synthetic dyes.
Organic Standards: Ingredients are organic, pure, natural, and free from harsh additives.
Allergen Warning: The product contains naturally occurring fragrance allergens present in essential oils and botanical extracts, including Linalool, Limonene, Citral, Geraniol, and Citronellol.
Nut Sensitivity: Individuals sensitive to nut-derived ingredients, specifically Sweet Almond Oil, must exercise caution.
Patch Testing: Users should perform a patch test before use.
Adverse Reactions: Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.

While results may vary, consistent use (2–3 times weekly) typically adheres to the following timeline:

4–6 Weeks: Users may experience reduced shedding and visible improvement in texture and shine.
8–12 Weeks: Hair appears noticeably stronger, thicker, and healthier-looking.
5. Pricing and Purchases
Standard Pricing: A single 200 ml bottle retails for £35.00.
VAT: All listed prices include VAT.
Bulk Discounts: We offer discounts for bulk purchases as follows:
2 Bottles: 5% OFF (£66.50 total).
4 Bottles: 10% OFF (£126.00 total).
6 Bottles: 15% OFF (£178.50 total).
6. Subscription Policy ("Subscribe & Save")
Service Description: Customers may opt to receive Elixir by Zayt automatically every 8 weeks.
Subscription Benefits: Subscribers receive 10% off every order, free UK delivery, and priority early access to new launches .
Billing: The subscription price is £31.50 per bottle, billed every 8 weeks.
Cancellation: You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time.
7. Shipping and Delivery
UK Delivery: We offer free UK delivery on orders over £60. Free UK delivery is also included with all subscription orders.
International Shipping: Shipping rates for international orders are calculated at checkout
